The room is spacious, air-con functions well.
Hot water shower is stable, warm enough to get a comfortable shower, but if hotter is better.
Staff is friendly & helpful.
The location a bit away from the city center, but still walkable distance

Good staff, nice place for the price. Bed is hard and noisy neighbor blasting music to 3am made it difficult to get good sleep.

The property is in a very central location in Vientiane and there is a very nice small but pleasant swimming pool right in the front entrance area, which is something I enjoyed very much. It’s my second time staying here and I will definitely come back because the price is right, and the people are very friendly and helpful.
