First Time To Kuwait

Great location in the heart of Kuwait City, making it very convenient for getting around. You would need to take a taxi or car to get to the Mall 360 or Avenues.
Directly oppersite this hotel is the old Market, open till 10ish. You can buy everything & anything here. A great experience of the Kuwaity culture.
The staff & the night manager was especially friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference to my stay.
I opted for a room-only rate as breakfast wasn’t necessary for me, and it suited my needs perfectly. This hotel is ideal if you’re looking for a good, basic place to stay in Kuwait.
The bed was clean and comfortable, and the towels were soft and fluffy — always a nice touch. The bed was made everyday. Water, tea & coffe was provided everyday.
The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit tired and could use some updating.
Overall, a solid choice for a simple and comfortable stay.

Great location, really good breakfast and all the staff is just outstandingly kind and helpful. Those guys deserve a rise in salary.
The hotel is opposite the souk and close to the great mosque. Also it's very clean.

Good location

The hotel is well located, right in the center of the city of Kuwait. The rooms, though small, are comfortable. The staff were exceptional!
The variety at breakfast was reasonable.

They let me both check in early and keep the room a bit extra after the check out time so excellent customer service from those two already. Room was clean and well-equipped and the location of the hotel is very good right by the grand mosque and also close to the airport bus #13. Breakfast was good and they even asked if I wanted an omelet. All in all very good hotel which I can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone travelling to Kuwait.

They gave me bad room and not comfortable in the beginning and I asked to change it
They were not honest with me when they told me all the room same thing
When I check in first time it was Arabic guy in the reception
He did his job in very professional
And gave me good room with explanations of the roles
Next time the recpcion stuff was not good and not honest I have to ask for change room twice
