Great hospitality, beautiful location, sensational game drives

We had an amazing experience at the Exploreans Mara River Camp. The location is just by the Mara River, and the camp is beautiful and well appointed. The attentive staff to care of our every need, and the organised drives through the park absolutely delivered on every dimension! We’d highly recommend to any travelers looking for a complete safari experience

Unexpected but wonderful experience

We arrived late to find a camping spot for our 4x4 with a roof tent (which they didn't actually offer). The owner welcomed us with open arms and allowed us to sleep in their parking lot for a reasonable price. We ate dinner and breakfast in their restaurant. It was delicious! After touring their rooms, we can only recommend this fabulous place, with fabulous people who took great care of us. Thank you for this unexpected stay!!!

Atmospheric hotel and Cool location.

Lovely hotel and very nice and friendly staff. The hotel is exactly as atmospheric as it should be to immerse itself in this Kenyan atmosphere. Delicious food, very similar to our Russian cuisine. Be sure to visit this hotel for at least a few nights . Nearby you can fly by balloon and so are the villages of Masai. It was my husband's birthday and in the evening we had a surprise in the form of dancing and of course cake. Thank you for these beautiful days.

*Exceptional recommendation for Mara River Camp*

We are delighted to recommend Mara River Camp for their exceptional hospitality, especially during our difficult visit following heavy rains and flooded bridges. Despite the adverse conditions, the camp welcomed us warmly, offering a warm and friendly atmosphere with a fireplace.
The exceptional welcome and attentive treatment of manager Katam made us feel at home. The delicious dinner, served with warmth and kindness, was the perfect conclusion to a long and trying day.
Mara River Camp's commitment to providing high quality service and comfort is evident in every aspect of their operation. We were impressed by their attention to detail and their real concern for their guests.
If you are looking for a serene and welcoming safari experience, Mara River Camp is an excellent choice. Katam and her team will make you feel like part of the family.

Just perfect.

After a long day and terrible weather, we were forced to change sides following a flooded bridge.
But we were very lucky to land at Mara River camp , we were greeted by manager Katam and his team with open arms it was very comforting. They had done renovations for a month and we were the first guests before reopening. The camp is beautiful, the meals delicious and the room perfect. Thanks to Katam for her kindness
