Home away from home

Absolute pleasure to visit thus family business. The siblings Jacinta and Ngure split AM and PM shifts and are always available on call when a need arises.
Wilson is a long time night manager that knows us all by name. Our family has been patrons since the 80s at their sister /mother hotel downtown Gilgil called Mugoiri.
There's a new cook of whom is in training, as she didn't know how to prepare an over easy egg. I asked Elizabeth to go show her how to via You Tube academy, and she finally nailed it.
Ngure is also working on the their SEO and he takes customer feedback well.
Thank you family. Home away from home.

Customer service

Worse customer service ever.And again don't pay before your service has been delivered,they will never find you back nor let you take or eat something to compensate your money,they refused a refund and a compensation.The food is expensive but not worth the price.

My Brother ask the hotel about internett before I visit this hotel because it was importent for me. They answer him that they will have free internett ready for me when I come. When I come to the hotel 03.00 AM they fix chicken and French fries for me. When I was check my room I find out that the was no Internett and not toilettseat. They told me that they would fix this in the morning. Next day they have not fix anything. In the evening they told me that they have fix internett, but it was only modem so I have to pay for the intenett. I move out next day to another hotel. The manager told me that he was very sorry. If you dont need internett the hotel was ok, but I need it in my jobb

Surprise! To find such a top restaurant in Giligil!

We found James, the waiter, superb and very helpful, alone on a Sunday and assured us that the Tilapia was from lake Victoria. He recommended the steak...my niece Tara ordered for medium well. We enjoyed the service and our meal. However, the indigenous green leafy vegetables promised were not available. All the same the fish meal was great. The steak was tough and overdone! This one was a disappointment..
