Average

The rooms were decent, though looked small. Bathroom kinda small too. The floor was tiled and cold. However, the facility had parking for traveller with vehicles. Breakfast, not buffet. Clean and secure environment. Friendly workers.

Nothing really wrong, but nothing really right

It's a decent enough place, I found it quiet and clean enough. Bed isn't super comfortable, the breakfast was survivable for two mornings (though just instant coffee). I at in the restaurant one night and it was actually the best bit of the hotel.
You won't suffer, nor are you likely to really enjoy it. It's just a solidly average place.

Ok with some problems

The location is good however with the mechanics just outside, it is quite noisy during the day.
The underground parking area is very poorly lit. I didn't realize that there was an elevator until after I had climbed many stairs to get to the lobby. Later when I tried to take the elevator to the parking to get my luggage from my car, I discovered that there was construction work being done just outside the elevator doors and the door was locked into the parking garage. Every time I needed to get to my car, a hotel employee had to accompany me in order to unlock the door. (I was later told the door is locked for security since it could be accessed from outside the hotel.
Check-in was slow due to the fact that I was moved from the original room that I had been given (because the mosquito net had started to come down from the ceiling) to another room.
The 2nd evening of my stay, the sink (in the main bedroom) sprung a leak. I reported it to the receptionist who sent someone to look at it. A bucket was placed under the sink but it had to be wedged between the wall and a pipe. In the night, the bucket dislodged. When I awoke, my room was "flooded". A solution to the leaking sink was to have moved me to the room directly across the hall.
In spite of these inconveniences, the staff were very helpful in trying to assist me.
Breakfast was disappointing offering little choice of options. I did however enjoy the other meals that I had.
This does seem a rather negative review, but I would recommend this hotel -- probably better than some other options in Eldoret town.
It is not expensive but more expensive than a "buddet hotel" in Eldoret.

Good experience at the hotel.

The rooms were good, clean and well equipped, the TV was fully functional.
On the catering side of it I didn't enjoy any of the meals we had dinner which was a buffet but nothing exciting about it, breakfast was so stale n dry however there is room for improvement.
Room service was so quick and they have friendly staff members. Thanks will consider staying at the hotel any time I visit Eldoret.
