One of the most comfortable beds ever! Had a great breakfast and the service of the front desk was top notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

The structure is ok ,managment so so

I arrived in karagandà for a long week end of work and Kosmonaut was the hotel reserved for me.Design old modern ,public areas and rooms recently redesigned overall ok .Front desk very polite and able to speak English ,the restaurant has some problems ,the waitress didn't have a clou about thr menu and the time to wait for your order is way too much (40 min. For a sandwich) .
They need some improovment service wise ,but they have a nice inside swiming pool and a good gim .

A hotel in quiet, remote park. Some pros, some cons.

I stayed here for two nights during a business trip. It was... okay.
Cons: The building itself is a bit grim and smelly. My room was okay in size but was not particularly cozy. There was a bit of smell in the bathroom too. The internet connection was awful during my stay - staff told me they had internet problems that day, so maybe that was it, but even the next day I had some issues with connection, which was really annoying since I had to do some work. The hotel location is not very close to the city center. It's just about 10 minutes by car but there is nothing around, so you can't really walk anywhere - taking a car is the only option.
Pros: THE GYM! I mean, how many Kazakhstani hotels have a gym anyway? This one has a real city gym in the same building, and guests can use it for free. There is a swimming pool too - I didn't have time to go there but it seemed nice. Breakfast is great, the restaurant itself is good too. I had a dinner there and was pleasantly surprised. All staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a green park outside. Combined, these make up for a lot of negative impressions.
Overall, this hotel was not ideal for me: too far from everything, not a very comfortable room, bad internet. Next time I'm in Karaganda, I will probably try a different one. At the same time, there are some good things about it, and it might work well for other travelers, depending on what they value the most about a hotel.

Just the best in karaganda

Stayed for 8 months,it was just like my second home...now going back each 2 monts aprox i just feel at home evitime i go back...the new rooms have luxury bath rooms...restaurant and lobby bar offers great food...swimming pool,sauna and massage...high speed internet aswell...
