Experience of Double Tree Hilton
We had very friendly, warm and supportive people helping us. Suhaib shatnawi in the restaurant was particularly attentive to our family needs and provided a personalised service.
Overall the experience was very thorough. I highly recommend this place.
Only slightly negative comment is that the hotel can smell of smoke.

Top hotel in the center of Aqaba
Incredibly great team; if I could, I would give 6 stars. Many thanks to the General Manager Muhanned, who made our stay unique with many small gestures, to Mohammed Abu Dhol, who ensured safety, order, and always pleasant conversations in the great pool, gym, and sauna world, and to Charity, who could not have made our breakfast more pleasant and accommodating.
The rooms are neatly and cleanly furnished, the beds are very comfortable, and there is a nice large shower in the bathroom with good-smelling toiletries.
The location of the hotel is perfect, everything can be reached on foot, and you have a great view of the Red Sea from the rooftop terrace and the pool.
The pool area is nicely landscaped. There is direct access to the steam sauna, sauna, and gym, and everything here is also clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
The breakfast buffet is very extensive and varied. The team has a good handle on the dining area, so that tables are cleaned and available quickly, even on the weekend.
Conclusion: We spent many wonderful hours with you and would come back again immediately

The hotel's room service was excellent, especially to the young man, Muhammad, who received the room on the second floor. A big thank you to the hotel management and the young men and women at the reception.
