Good Hotel

The hotel is very good, beds very comfortable and large, the rooms very clean, the staff charming. And their little cat and their dog made us fall in love. Highly recommended. It is on the outskirts of Amman, but it makes up for it with some very cool outlets next to the hotel.

My experience was very bad

Honestly, it's very, very bad and I don't recommend trying it.
Honestly, they force people to use systems I've never seen in a hotel.
While I was fast asleep, a cleaning worker suddenly came in and started singing at my bedside.

Really good hotel.

Arrived here to a warm welcome by Shane, who kindly swapped our room to the back of the hotel.
The smell throughout this hotel is gorgeous like being at a spa.
The cleanliness spot on.
Clean towels daily, shampoo conditioner body lotion provided.
Tea Coffee kettle and fridge.
Such a comfy bed and pillows better than home ha. Breakfast and dinner very good and lots of choice.
Felt like a piece of luxury.
The only issue you may have is that it is 35 mins from downtown but an uber cost us 5 pounds equivalent. So cheap we did tip.
The local stores to the hotel are also friendly and very cheap. We bought fake trainers ha.
Definately a good find.

A real effort to make on food ...

A beautiful hotel with impeccable cleanliness and spacious rooms. We stayed there 4 nights in 2 and were very well received each time. A special mention to Shane at the reception (one of his colleagues, whose name we forgot, was not as helpful and answered us quite dryly to a simple request ...)
The rooms facing street are very noisy; the same for those with a door communicating with the room next door ...
The real downside of this establishment: the quality and variety of meals! Breakfast lacks choice and if you do not go to the opening, the choice is even more restricted ... The dinner buffet lacks variety and taste.
