Human quality

We spent 3 full days at the hotel on a half-board basis. The hotel is very good, with very good facilities including a pool and a gym. But what stands out the most is the staff. They are wonderful people, always attentive to everything we might need. They took great care of us. And the food is spectacular, both the breakfast buffet and the dinners. Of course, you won't leave hungry. One of the nights, they served us 11 different dishes each, incredible.
Without a doubt, a hotel to return to a thousand times.

I would also like to thank the employee, Al-Attar, for his excellent service. He was respectful, cooperative, and cheerful, and provided outstanding service that made my experience better. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel, and I will definitely visit again in the future.

Even better was the way the employee, Attar, treated us. He was extremely kind and respectful, and he helped us a lot with everything we needed and was very cooperative. I thank him for his excellent service, and I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful!

Spotlessly clean; excellent taste; they helped us with nearby locations; the pool is great but cold—it would be better if it were heated; the staff are incredibly polite and respectful; the place is a gem; quiet; the rooms are top-notch.
