Disappointed stay

I would like to share my disappointment regarding my stay yesterday.
I noticed a lack of coordination between some members of the staff, and it seemed that everyone was doing things their own way. This is very concerning for a high-quality hotel like Rotana. In the past, I have always found the staff to be very helpful and professional, which is why yesterday’s experience was especially disappointing.
When I arrived, I was given a very bad room with loud DJ/music directly underneath it, making it impossible for me to sleep. I had to complain and eventually the room was changed, but the process took a lot of time. I also had to go downstairs to the reception myself to resolve the issue.
The room service was even more disappointing. I called four times asking for an iron because I was in a hurry and clearly explained that I needed it urgently. Having to call four times for such a simple request is unacceptable and shows a serious problem with the room service and communication between departments.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay yesterday. I have had much better experiences at Rotana in the past, when the staff were more attentive, helpful, and professional.
I hope management will take this feedback seriously and look into what happened, particularly the communication between staff members and the quality of room service, so that other guests do not have the same experience.

Wonderful stay from start to finish

I stayed here for 2 nights during a weekend getaway. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the city view was extraordinary. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. The location was super convenient—just a short walk to local landmark. Would definitely stay here again!
