Beautiful hotel

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are amazing and very courteous. I especially thank the respectful young man, Ahmed, for his excellent service.

My first room was moldy and had a terrible smell to it, i cant believe they would even put someone in it. I asked for a change and my next room was fine and i stayed two nights. They cant be cheap and try putting a paying customer in the bad rooms.

I spent a night at this hotel, left for an overnight tour and returned to check in to another room. The smell in the room was awful, it came from the bathroom as if there was stagnant water stuck in the drains. The property should have known better than to check someone into that room. They even left a big window open so it could air out I guess.
I will say that the staff at this hotel is amazing, they are the best part of the stay. When I went downstairs to inform them about the room issue, they immediately changed my room and actually upgraded it to a suite which was nice. Not a bad stay but a bad experience that was quickly fixed.

I stayed here specifically because it was walking distance to the Jett Bus office as I was headed to Wadi Rum the next morning. The hotel is nice, the staff were amazing and very helpful. My only issue was the lack of hot water. I wouldn’t have survived multiple nights.

Very good hotel and car service

They replied our email very fast each time. Though we cancelled our booking at the last moment, they gave us an excellent car service of Mr. Waleed Hassan
