Amazing location, comfy beds, and great staff

Hotel Sails was perfect!
The location, staff, and room were top notch. Room was very comfy with black out curtains, plenty of amenities, and super cozy beds.
The staff helped us book a restaurant meal and gave us plenty of tips from airport transfers to tourist ideas.
We’ll be back on our next trip to Tokyo!

I was thrilled to see a clothes dryer provided. However, it would be much better if there were some shelves or racks in the shower for toiletries, as it was quite inconvenient without them.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience truly memorable. One of the most convenient features of our room was the laundry machine, which was a lifesaver during our stay. The hotel consistently restocked our towels, ensuring that we always had fresh ones. The hotel room itself felt like a cozy home, complete with a kitchen and dining table. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel is conveniently located near various amenities, including a laundromat, 7-Eleven, and Family Mart.

Too much light early in the morning, but it s the same with most accommodations in Japan
