文句のつけようなし！気配りが行き届いている最高のコンドミニアムです

３連休初日の夜なのに10日前に予約ができたのはラッキー。戸建ての貸し別荘が9000円？目を疑いましたが、いざ玄関をくぐって本当にびっくり。スゴイきれい・・・女性オーナーの気配りが行き届いたレイアウトで、欲しいものが欲しい場所にある。うーん、これって道楽でないとできないというか、もうけ重視ではできないなあって思いました。とにかくどこも清潔。キッチンには新しいＩＨ，ホットプレートや加湿器もオーブントースターも完備って感激ですよね。さらに畳の部屋にはホットカーペットが敷かれ、大きなＴＶも。下田駅までは車で10分くらい。どなたかの口コミで「友達の家みたい」とありましたが、本当に商売を超えた暖かいオーナーの心配りが伝わるお部屋です。

友人の家のような感覚。

二年連続で２階のお部屋を利用しました。２DKのアパートの普通に暮らせるお部屋といった感じです、冷蔵庫、お鍋、お皿、レンジが完備、お風呂にはシャンプーコンディショナーがついています。
海水浴から戻ってくると外のシャワーが使えます、外にも、シャンプーやコンディショナーを置いてあるので便利です。調味料類は置いてないので、持ってくるか。下田の駅で購入したほうがよいです。
２人ですとホテルや民宿に泊まったほうが安上がりですが、４人いれば、コスパも申し分ないと思います。入田浜にはホテルや民宿が少ないので、おすすめです。

賃貸アパートをコンドミニアムとして利用しているイメージ。
設備も新しく快適。
