Best accessible room

The barrier-free rooms are very easy to use and families with disabilities are very happy. The food is very good and the service is excellent. I'll be back.

The best hospitality‼️

It was my first time using it.
I am very satisfied with this level of hospitality. This one was enough to worry me. The staff, they were all so kind and smiling at the hotel.
I'm itching to go again.
It was very refreshing and I made some great memories.
It was one of my most memorable hotels.
We look forward to your next visit.
Please take care of yourself, staff. We are also looking forward to next time.

A must-try for sake lovers.

In fact, it was apparently a hotel exclusively for civil servants that was reformed at the behest of Renho a long time ago.
So it was quite luxurious.
The parent company seems to have changed recently, and the attentive service and high quality food were excellent.
I was surprised to see that the ZAKU sake I was looking forward to was all-you-can-drink.
I ended up not being able to eat the Yonaki Ise Udon and Yakihanpen because I ate too much for dinner.
What a shame.
I would also like to stay at the affiliated hotel in Arima.
I would recommend it to people who like sake, but be careful not to drink too much.

A bit disappointing as I had high expectations.

I have stayed here several times before, and I remember it being a good value hotel where you can refresh yourself. When I heard that it was now all-inclusive, I thought, "Let's relax at a good value," and stayed here for the first time in a while. First of all, there was a wide variety of drinks, and it was all-you-can-drink. I was very satisfied with this. However, perhaps because prices have risen and it has become all-inclusive, the dinner was less satisfying than before. Since I came all the way to Shima, I wanted to enjoy fresh fish. The welcome zenzai and pizza at check-in were also delicious, but when there were a lot of children lining up and there were a lot of guests, the pizza could only be baked one at a time, so everyone was waiting or many people had given up. There was a lot of hair on the floor of the changing room for the bath that I used at night. I guess it can't be helped since so many people used it, but it would be nice if they cleaned it. I stayed in the cheapest Japanese-style room, but I had to take the futon out of the closet and lay it down myself. There was no information about this. I would have been satisfied if there had been an information at check-in... If that was the case, I would have been able to lie down for a while after checking in... Apparently the fee and discount systems are different when making a reservation online and over the phone, so when I paid, the price was different from what I expected. Even though I had asked about it in advance, it seems that this was not explained to me properly. (Maybe I didn't understand it.) I went there to refresh myself, but I was left feeling unsatisfied and very disappointed.

It was good. Satisfied

The view from the room was amazing. The place was well-cleaned, the staff were very friendly, and I thought they'd made a lot of effort with the all-inclusive service.
There weren't many varieties for breakfast, but everything was edible (that sounds strange) and delicious.
Dinner was a casual kaiseki meal, so I wasn't really fond of dishes like ajillo.
But everyone was satisfied.
We all agreed that it was a place we'd like to come back to again.
