The dinner is perfect specially the wagyu beef. The breakfast is so so. The staffs are very friendly.

The in-room bidet toilet could not spit out water, and it never gotten fixed for my 2 day’s staying.

While the reception/ lobby of the property is beautiful (and the wood and flowers smell really good), the room corridors of the main building seem to be a little old. The room itself is large but cosy, and has a very nice mountain view. Very relaxing to just sit by the window and have tea.
The public onsen (both men and woman) also has a fantastic mountain view and really cute sauna rooms.
We liked the Sukiyaki dinner but be aware that the smell clings on your clothings and you'll smell like Sukiyaki the whole evening :D
