We stayed 2 nights at the REMM hotel and there were good things and not so good.
The good, it is in the actual station, no need to walk outside. You will need to follow directions to the North Exit and you will see the sign for the REMM hotel.
The staff is super helpful and friendly.
The room came with a massage chair.
The shinkansen entrance is very close, the JR station is a little bit farther. The Hankyu station is close by, you will need to walk out the station.
Ok:
We opted to pay extra for the breakfast but we got a voucher for a restaurant next the hotel (still inside the station) You have a choice of a wester breakfast or a Japanese breakfast.
Not so good:
We payed about 85.00 for a postage stamp room. The room was really small, you have about two feet around the bed.
The shower and bathroom have a glass wall, in other words you see your spouse showering or going to the bathroom unless you close the blinds.
Regarding the glass wall, it is really and ingenious way to make the room feel larger plus you get the natural light coming from the windows on the opposite side of the bathroom.
Our room was missing the waste basket (or maybe it was hidden somewhere)
Summary:
It is a very convenient hotel if you don't mind the small room and the glass wall. I would stay here again in the future just for the convenience.

The location was great! In the train station. The room was very small, not good if you have 1 or more large suitcases. I was provided with 2 bottles of drinking water at check in, but when I requested more the following day, I was directed toward the vending machine. The only restaurant in the hotel was Vietnamese and I do not care for Vietnamese food. There are restaurants in the train station though. I was under the impression there were laundry machines for use, but there was only the hotel service available and it seemed a little expensive.

Hotel is good for short term business trip. When travel with family, room can be small even with connected room. There was not much space to open the mid to large size suitcase. Generally, fair price for the convenience of travelling and short stop over at Osaka. Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel has a business lodging like atmosphere.

The room size is enough for 2 people to move. We have 2 regular luggages and a roller hand carry bag. A little bit hard to move but manageable. The location is good and saves you time to travel to the train station. Breakfast at Tully's Coffee or McDonalds was outside the main entrance of the hotel.
