Right by metro. Very easy walk to shops restaurants and the aquarium. Large rooms and lovely breakfast. Loved the donut cabinet! Lovely staff. Beds quite hard but very nice bathroom and toiletries. (Jacuzzi etc on roof at extra charge but not used )

Our stay at hotel Sails was my favorite of our Japan trip. Professional and attentive staff, cleanliness was top notch and we had the complimentary breakfast every morning. It’s just steps away from the train station which was the best part. I would stay here again

The rooms are roomy and well-maintained. The staff do a good job and the hotel is in a good part of town. Breakfast is very skimpy. Salad, rolls and yogurt is all there is. No eggs, no bacon or sausage. No hot dishes. No fruit. The lobby has almost no furniture and the cafe is closed for hours during the day. I expected more.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and let us store our luggage before check-in. Once we returned to the hotel, all items were put in our room. I can’t wait to return.

Up to date furnishings and very clean. 10 minutes taxi to universal studios and city. A few mini marts and restaurant nearby.
