Convenient location for visiting Osaka's Iconic Tsutenkaku Tower

It is located right in front of Osaka Metro Zoological Garden Station in a completely different atmosphere from the area around Shinsaibashi. Next door is the Pivot Hotel, and beyond that is the Osaka Kyuryo Kaikan.
I had a good impression of the reception. I was given a "new 1,000 yen bill" for my change.
There are sofas for relaxing in the lobby, amenities, electric kettle, Nestléstic matcha latte/cocoa and green tea roast tea bags. The welcome drink is coffee. There is only one elevator.
The 3rd floor rooms have semi-double beds and are spacious despite being simple rooms with and without carpet. Refrigerator, wall clock, and other essentials are provided. What I don't have is an air purifier, bagge rack, memo paper.
The bathroom is a unit bath and there is a step of about 30 cm at the entrance. Beware.
Both BS viewing and Wi-Fi are available.
It is valuable in light of its simple but spacious rooms and convenient access to the National Bunraku Theatre within two stops. I'd also like to stay at the group hotels (Bridge Crown Oasis) scattered around the area. Overnight, July 31, 2024.

Hotel was functional, serves everything you need for a place to sleep and place your belongings. Like most people in japan, working with a translator would be the way to go if you don’t know a word of japanese.

The room was sufficiently large and had all the necessary amenities. It was clean and in good condition. The staff was very kind and helpful, they received and stored the baggage that I sent from the previous hotel. The location is very convenient, with access to numerous metro, train, and tram lines, as well as a large number of shops and restaurants. The only problem is that the area around the hotel is not very nice, as, especially at night and in the mornings there are quite a few drunks etc., but that's more unpleasant than dangerous, as they keep to themselves. Overall, very convenient and great value for money, especially if you don't mind the area.

There is free hot 💦 and ☕. Air-con remote is dusty. Things looks a bit old. Btw remember to check whether you are booking non-smoking room.
