Staff were amazing, extremely helpful especially when we got the code wrong for the main door. Room was perfect.
Location was great, close to a train station and loads of shops and places to eat.

It was convenient and comfortable for sightseeing in Osaka

It was my first time using it.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
There is no elevator, but I didn't feel particularly inconvenienced.
The location is good and access to Namba and Shinsaibashi is convenient.
I want to use it when I come to Osaka again.

We have difficulty in opening the door. We have to look at YouTube to open it. There’s no instructions how to open the door. No microwave. No able to warm the food. We have no valid phone number in Japan. Just e slim. We tried to contact the staff with email but no response. Otherwise, the room is clean and 6 min away from train station.
