Good location and enough room for our family of four to fit comfortably. We enjoyed being able to eat meals using the kitchen when we wanted to and wash our clothes too. Bed and pillows were a little hard for me, but my husband liked them.

The room was clean but it had the worst odor that made us ill. Contacted the property with no response for whole day. When we first checked in, I tried to turn on the air conditioner to maybe circulate the air so the smells gets out but no success. Worst stay in Japan, I would not stay here at all. The check in process was difficult as well.

Affordable and clean. Plenty of space for families. Spacious apartment with kitchenette and laundry. Walking distance to Namba and Dotonbori.

The room is very clean. Staff is very helpful during the whole period. The bathroom has dehumidified function and can dry laundry quick. It is very good if you need wash.

Clean and tidy apartment. Some furniture was well used but beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked and clean. Washing machine worked well and instructions provided in English which was helpful. Apartment felt spacious and whilst we saw others coming and going we did not hear anybody.
