事前に送られてきた番号キーで利用できる１棟貸しのゲストハウスで、
屋内は清掃が行き届いていて大変綺麗でした。
また、備品や設備機器もとてもおしゃれで美しく、気持ちよく利用させていただきました。
今回は、２泊３日での利用でしたが、流しや電子レンジ、冷蔵庫などもあり、２日目の夜は近くのスーパーで美味しい魚や惣菜を買ってきて食べようということになり、楽しい夜を安く過ごすこともでき、大変満足させていただきました。

実際に宿泊してみて、街の中心地で立地良し、寝室とリビングが階で分かれていて動線的に過ごしやすい間取り、タオルが1人 ３種類もあり、ヘアアイロンまで用意されているなどアメニティグッズが豊富、お風呂も給湯器付きでシャワーヘッドが切り替えができるタイプのもので、バスタブも大きめ、寝室にはフロアーライトがあり、消灯後の移動に便利。階段にはセンサーライトがあり階段昇降時に便利。
お布団がセッティングしてあり、ありがたかったです。
キッチンには電子レンジ、食器、コーヒー用の瞬間湯沸かし器、分別ゴミ箱の設置、多種機種対応充電プラグ、本、ホットカーペット、トイレも広く清潔。
全てが素晴らしく快適に過ごせました。
もう一泊したいくらいでした。
事前の連絡もスムーズで返信も早く暗証番号式施錠なので安心して宿泊できました。
今後新潟に行く機会があったら是非また宿泊したいです。
