I had a very pleasant stay at Piazza Hotel Nara. Although the hotel is located right next to the train station and the bus loop, the room was completely quiet. The room as well as the hotel facilities were perfectly clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests, such as extending my stay on short notice without needing to change rooms.
I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Great selection of food, very tasty.

The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and having to reconnect every time was frustrating. The motorized curtains were also inconvenient because all the windows opened and closed together.

The Piazza in Nara is a very nice hotel and in my opinion good value for money. I was very happy with my room. The shower was particularly good. Breakfast is excellent. I am pleased I decided to stay in Nara for two nights and enjoy the town and it's sights. Because the Piazza is right next to the JR station it is very close to bus services and trains.

Husband caught a cold so we extended our stay in Nara. We got an awesome corner room with floor to ceiling windows and a great view. Perfect for rest and recovery. Conveniently located near the train station.

Fantastic location, steps away from the JR train station!
Incredible staff, who went above and beyond both ahead of my stay and during my visit. Even assisting with understanding how to use the Yamato luggage forwarding system!
My room was well equipped, spacious for a solo traveler and very comfortable. Local amenities and in hotel washers and dryers came in clutch! And it was great having a gym in the building too!
Highly recommended… and would happily stay here again next time I visit Nara!
