The hotel is located on a steep hill, it is better to call the hotel to pick you up at the station. We thought it’s very close from the bus station, so we walked to hotel with 4 luggages. It’s exhausting.
After we checked out, we asked for a ride to the bus station, and the driver dropped us off directly.

-The kaiseki dinner was excellent, offering a great selection and a private dining space.
-The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices.
-I last visited a few years ago — the hot spring was outstanding back then, quiet and relaxing.
This time, it seems to have been renovated, and the number of guests has clearly increased.
-On a side note, there was an uncomfortable incident in the onsen area: a woman (who spoke English and appeared to be Chinese) was holding a mobile phone under her yukata, seemingly taking photos. It made me feel quite uneasy.
I noticed there were clear signs prohibiting cameras, so the rules were well communicated — it was simply a matter of someone not being self-disciplined.
I reported it afterward to the staff, who were ready to respond immediately, though I only approached them later. I appreciated their quick reaction and willingness to help.
-Perhaps having occasional staff patrols in the onsen area could help prevent such incidents in the future.

There are many baths

When we arrived, the check-in counter was a bit crowded, so we had to wait in the drink bar lounge.
After a few minutes, you will be asked to check in.
The keys were magnetic and handed to everyone.
Keys also need to be touched on elevators and other equipment.
The baths were a bit lonely with two inside baths, but the outside baths were super-sento, so non-guests could use them.
The outdoor bath was very enjoyable with many baths in the sauna.
Some customers said it was a bit difficult to understand because the outside water was a private elevator, not the main elevator.
I was able to eat rice deliciously in just the right amount of not too much but not too little.
He said the system to get to the open water was confusing.
It was fun to visit the spa town because it is so close.
I woke up at dawn because there were no light curtains on the shoji.

Comfortable, Japanese style room with recent renovation. The arch is a bit of space wasting though as it which makes the room even more smaller.
It will be great if this hotel comes with private onsen for those who are uncomfortable with the public ones.
Hot springs are superb , the "Kinsen" hot spring and adjacent "Taiko no Yu" hot spring. Highly recommended.
Food are exquisitely made. Visually beautiful and delicious.

Relax in an elaborate bath and enjoy steamed steamed dishes

I'm also happy that they offered free parking and upgraded to a ten-tatami mat Japanese-style room for free. Two sinks made it convenient for multiple people to stay. I did not use the large bath on the basement floor, but went to the Taiko no Yu and Hot Springs public baths, which were separated by a special elevator. The partition in the washroom is in the shape of a deformed gourd. There were golden springs, silver springs and steam baths, and rock baths, stone baths, pot baths and bedrock baths on the upper floors. Enjoy an elaborate hot spring bath. Dinner was a steaming kaiseki. Every elaborate dish is delicious. In particular, the steamed seiro was hearty and delicious. The buffet breakfast at the same venue was also delicious with many Japanese dishes according to the season. It has become one of the inns I want to visit again.
