To be honest, I'm surprised this is a 4*
Top rate, business and tourist hotel.
High standard of customer service. Very polished environment. Great choice of restaurants and a good (not fabulous) executive lounge.
Our room on the 18th floor was a good size. Great facilities and a good view.
Comfortable bed and modern, well appointed bathroom.
All very comfortable.
Worth noting, great aircon. Can't hear it but it is quietly efficient.
Teppanyaki restaurant was fantastic and worth the money.
Bar is very pleasant!
Breakfast, both in Exec Lounge and buffet restaurant could be better...everything bland and lukewarm.
Staff very friendly.

One of the best breakfasts we had during our visit to Japan. Great pool and spa area. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Great shower. Great location. Highly recommended

Very good option for staying in Hiroshima
High quality hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms are spacious. Ample breakfast spread. Good location within walking distance of peace museum and atomic bomb site. Short taxi ride from Hiroshima train station. Shops and restaurants (including couple of halal ones if needed) short distance away. Reasonanbly priced. Would highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience!
We were lucky enough to park in the secured parking lot and go to the check-in counter around 16:00.
The members-only counter is not crowded and smooth. If you want to stay at the Hilton, I would still recommend you become a member and book through the official website or app. I could imagine the long wait in the next non-member lane.
There was an upgrade to the EXE room at check-in with Gold Membership benefits. After that, we had a conversation and a suite on the top floor is available. I stayed at a special price, charging the difference.
We had such a wonderful experience, including a cocktail hour Tornado beer server and a delicious breakfast, and we were able to relax. I remember that it was Mr. Tno, but thank you very much.

Hilton in Hiroshima
My family stayed three nights in the summer vacation. We had requested a connect room on the executive floor. However, when checking in, the information was not shared and I was asked to explain it from the beginning, but let's say the room itself was properly prepared by Connect. It is still a new hotel so it is very beautiful and gorgeous. The room was not large, but functional and comfortable. We also had access to the lounge, which was very good. The draft beer coming out of the bottom was particularly innovative and shocking. Access to Hiroshima Station and Peace Memorial Park is decent (by taxi, I guess). I want to use it again when I go to Hiroshima.
