I was very satisfied with the self-service.
I stayed here for one night on Tuesday, April 2nd. There was very little hospitality, so I thought it was not suitable for those who expect hospitality. Well, it can be quite confusing when you use it for the first time, but once you understand it, you will be very satisfied and would like to return.
(Location) It faces a wide street, but I could only see the wall of the building and could not find the entrance. I wandered around and finally found the entrance, but I could not find the parking lot, and in the end the parking lot was about 100m away from the entrance, and I felt like I was parking in a field. There was no guidance from the staff.
(Room) It was very clean and spacious. The view from the window was not good, but it was a relaxing stay. However, there were no yukatas, toothbrushes, etc., so you need to bring them from the yukata and amenity corner next to the front desk.
Also, there was bottled water in the refrigerator, but no tea or sweets.
(All-inclusive) When you arrive at the inn, you can eat as many sweets as you want until 9pm, drink as much coffee and alcohol as you want, and there are many types such as beer, wine, sake, and shochu. They also have high-end wine for 500 yen for 100ml (I didn't drink it though). Glasses can only be used when using the restaurant (dinner, breakfast) and when drinking in the lounge, and only plastic or paper cups can be brought into the room. The beer was Ichiban Shibori, and I drank it in the lounge until dinner after the bath. Snacks and cheese (2 types) are also all-you-can-eat.
Sweets were served from 6:30 p.m., but they were available before that. There are only a few varieties, but you can eat as much as you want until 9 p.m. There were 6 types of ice cream, which were very delicious.
You can use it until 9 p.m., but if you bring a lot of beer, shochu, snacks, etc. that you want to drink before that in cups or trays to your room, you can drink them in your room at night. As a drinker, I am very satisfied. By the way, you can also use it in the morning.
(Bath) Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath are small. When it is crowded, you may want to go back (it was empty when I was there). However, it is available 24 hours a day.
(Food) Both dinner and breakfast are very clean and delicious. The soup stock in the hot pot for dinner was especially delicious. Although the amount of dinner was small, I was satisfied because I had eaten some snacks and drank before. The rice for breakfast was also cooked individually in a clay pot?, and it was piping hot with some burnt rice on the bottom and very delicious. There was no rush like at a buffet, and I was able to eat at a leisurely pace, so I was very satisfied.
(Service) There seem to be a small number of employees, but they are very friendly and explain things carefully. It seems that hospitality has been almost omitted, and most of it is self-service, but once you know how to use it, it's nice to be able to use it freely.
(Overall) Next time, I'd like to use public transportation to drink in the morning as well. I was very satisfied with the accommodation.

What does it mean to be all-inclusive?
All-inclusive. Let's just say.
It was free of charge. Drinks also end at 9pm

温泉以外はよかったかな
門構えは渋いです。大きな水晶もあります。好みです。
受付はフレンドリーの方もおり、スタッフ全体も問題なしです。
インクルーシブなのでいきなりアルコール、コーヒー、お菓子、アイスクリームが頂けます。
以前の画像でアイスクリームが6種あったのを見かけましたが3種しかなく残念。
お菓子は興味なかったのです見てませんが、部屋別でお友達がいたらラウンジで話しながら食べるのもいいかもしれません。
アメニティバーは豊富で、これは公式ホームページをみてチェックした方がいいですね。
部屋は綺麗でした。布団はマットレス？で寝やすいのですが、一部屋二人分しかないので、
3人以上だと残りは普通のお布団になってしまいます。これはちと残念。
外の眺めは石和温泉の町並みが見え、これはこれでよし。
テレビはCATVでBS,CS番組は映りません。
水回りも扱いやすくペーパータオルなので清潔。トイレは普通です。
大浴場の前にシャンプーバーがあり。脱衣所はカゴ式、ロッカーなし。
下駄は間違え防止の札などないのでこれは注意。
扇風機、エアコンありなので湯から上がってきても多少涼しいです。
洗い場は6カ所ぐらい。少ないのですが、部屋数が少ないおかげで、混むことはありませんでした。
男女入れ替え制ですが、それほど変わってる事もないので、気にする必要はないです。
湯は露天、内湯共にやや熱め、循環塩素。内湯も露天もさほど広くないので、
源泉掛け流しにしてほしかったなぁ。
露天といえば、昔はジャグジーをやってたみたいですが、今はやってないようです。
循環塩素入りするならこれくらいのサービスはやってほしい。
風呂上がりにレストランの脇で生ビールを頂きましたが美味しかったです。
ただガラスのコップはレストランのエリアしか利用できず、他のアルコールを頂くにしても、
その場で飲むとかちょっとなぁ・・・という感じ。
テーブルとかあるんだからそこを利用させてほしかった。
アルコールは日本酒、焼酎、梅酒、他一通り揃っていますが、ワイン系の取り扱いが多かったです。
ワイン好きにはおすすめの宿ですね。
部屋に持ち帰るコップはよくあるバイキング系のコップと紙コップ。
お盆もあるのでこれは便利でした。

工夫の宿
現在は「花水晶」の名前に変わってます(小さい字で別邸）「花水晶」。
チェックイン時は日本人では無い方が手続きしてくれましたが、丁寧な接客でした。フロント横に浴衣やネイルなど女性好みの備品があり、自由に借りて使えます。花浴衣が無料（これは嬉しい）、また枕も借りれます。フロント前にはコーヒーと紅茶がいつでも飲めるコーナーがあり、ワインは有料(500円)でした。ラウンジの長いテーブルが気に入り何度も利用しました。
部屋はキレイでしたが、少しトイレの匂いが気になりました。洗面所には化粧水やメイク落としのオイルなどあり、便利でした。
お風呂は男女入替制で、お風呂入口にシャンプーバーがありました。お湯は無色透明で少しすべすべする温泉です。露天風呂は数名入れますが、一人で入るのが良い感じです。洗面所では洗面の洗い場の蓋がないところからだと思いますが、匂いが少し気になりました。
お酒のオールインクルーシブが一人1500円で人気との事、今回も利用されている方が結構いて、夕食前から飲めるので、夕食時はすでににぎやかな雰囲気でした。しかしこの10月からは2500円になったと言うことなので、うちではオールインクルーシブを利用せず、ワインボトルをBYOしたら、「当館は飲料持ち込みOKの宿」とのことで、持込料は払わなくて良くてびっくり、嬉しかったです。
お食事処は、テーブルごとにしきりがありきれいで快適です。夕食、朝食とも割りとシンプルでしたが、夕食ではチキンとトリュフ入り牛飯が美味しかったです。朝食は陶器の釜で炊いたご飯が、多分早い朝食時間に合わせて炊いているのか、ご飯がすでに熱くなく水分がぬけて固くて、この点は残念でした。
夕食後のデザートは数種類、ラウンジで美味しくいただきました。
お客さんが満足するように、いろいろ工夫されているお宿だと思いました。

もてな しを感じられない
まったく寛げませんでした。
せんべい布団しかなく身体が痛くなりました。マットレスがない旅館を初めて体験しました。
業務用のようなエアコンがうるさいです。
