Very nice place to stay. Very comfy. I love equipped kitchen. Very clean.
Just the neighbor has nothing walkable. Only seicomart next door. We stayed there one night to move to new chitos airport the next early morning- 6 min driving from there .

It's a lovely hotel, well appointed and comfortable. Our family needed extra space and we felt right at home with the two bedrooms and large living room area. The Minn motto of "Your Second Home" is a good fit.
One note is that transportation to the airport can be tricky if you do not have a rental car. There is apparently an issue with taxis picking up at the hotel, and the train station is about 10-15 minute by foot. It's doable, but may pose a challenge for elderly or those with many bags.

Room was large and suitable for family stay. Cleanliness was decent. Do not expect cleaning (including change of towels) for short stays. Though the service available for a charge. A bit confused about where to dispose rubbish as only recycling and combustible waste bins are provided. So we just use our own plastic bags for incombustible wastes.
There are no receptionists onsite. Just complete the pre check-in form and the check-in process will be smooth when you arrive.
Plenty of parking space at the back of the hotel.

There is no person to check you in, you must do it on line in the lobby and video with someone off property to try to get through the process of checking in and finding out your room entry code. I will never stay in a place again that does not use humans to man the property and properly check you in. The room was nice and well equipped and comfortable, but it took 30+ minutes to check in. Expedia did not provide a booking number that the property recognized and although we were booked and it was paid for, it was difficult to get the property to see our reservation. I will never stay at a MINN property again. Taking humans off the payroll so a place can make more money is not my idea of a properly managed facility.

Very spacious rooms, but the layout was a bit odd. The blinds are not complete black out curtains, so we needed sleeping masks. It is also hang dry only after doing laundry. There is no shuttle to the airport but the path to the nearest train station is paved and very easy to navigate.
