Very convenient location, bus to the airport is just around the corner, easy to get to every interesting places. A bit noisy due to the traffic outside.

Staffs: very friendly and helpful, from different countries, English available.
Room: super big with sea view, clean, great great great
Location: YOUME shopping mall and and a department store next to the hotel, 5 mins walk to Beppu Station, bus stop to the main hot springs opposite to the hotel, great great great.
Onsen: around 43 degrees, loveable
Breakfast: didn’t eat , 1800yen per set, seems good.

Delicious special breakfast

Use on group travel tours. There are many foreign staff. Of course, he is fluent in Japanese. The display in the room is also interesting with pictures in English and Japanese. I wonder if it's hard when there's only one elevator. But the breakfasts are nice.

Quaint hotel, but kind of dated on the inside. Room was comfortable. Located right next to the ocean front, the views are very nice. I tried out the Onsen on the rooftop and it was enjoyable.
