支配人の接客や他スタッフさんのサービスに心温まる良い旅行ができました。
子供達もたくさん楽しみ部屋にはおもちゃも用意してくれていたので飽きる事なく楽しんでくれました
また、機会があればよろしくお願いします。

Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms.
Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this.

很不错哦。早上雪景很漂亮，屋檐上厚厚的雪，车上厚厚的雪，就是太偏僻了，山路十八弯绕道这里哈哈，太偏僻了
