The wedding of a lifetime
An amazing venue for a 65 person wedding. We first checked out the Castello last year in April and fell in love on sight. Beautiful setting, lovely and unique venue, incredible food and excellent service. Nunzia and her staff made us feel so welcome. The Castello offers a turnkey wedding service which included the flowers, ceremony setting, reception and dinner. We had a late afternoon wedding followed by poolside hors d’oeuvres and then food stations in the inner courtyard. Dinner was in the restaurant and cake cutting in the courtyard. Nunzia and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and accommodated all our last minute requests including an impromptu lunch for 25 and hors d’oeuvres for all the hotel guests.
We booked out the entire Castello for two nights with a rehearsal pizza party and the wedding. Guests raved about their room decor, the intimacy of the event, fantastic food and the service. Worth the trip for all of us - Canadians, Americans, Brits, Scots, Europeans and 1 guest in from Hong Kong.

Beyond expectations
Castello Camemi, the chosen location for our wedding. A love at first sight. A 15th-century castle that has been impeccably restored, never invasively, allowing you to breathe and experience times long gone, almost like a fairy tale, making you feel as if you are on a movie set while living the true, real moment of our important day.
Gardens meticulously maintained, almost to a manic level, absolute perfection from the staff who take care of them, reflecting the love and care they put into their work.

Nunzia, the director, is an empathetic, cordial, kind professional who is always available to welcome and refine your requests and needs, the director that each of us desires for our own business.
Anna, the chef, is a wonderful person. Her greatest quality that I have noticed is humility, a rare gift these days. Anna is always ready to listen to you, understand what you desire, and immediately, discreetly, offers her solid professional experience to advise and refine your ideas.
The maître is professional, discreet, and available, impeccable like all of his team.
A big thank you to all of you for helping us realize our vision of a festive day on the occasion of our wedding.

Do NOT hire for weddings
Unfortunately there isn't a shortage of unreliable wedding venues, and this is another that can be added to that list. After spending over £1000 in order to attend a dear friends wedding in Sicily, we arrived to find out that the venue had 'forgotten' to contact a registrar, meaning that an official wedding could not take place. There was a plethora of other issues throught the ceremony cause by poor management, including a google Pixel advert playing as the bride walked down the aisle. Regardless of weddings, the room we stayed in had a large shard of glass lying on the floor that I only notice when I accidentally kicked it, and I was lucky it didnt go through my foot, so clearly they didnt clean the room properly from the previous guests. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet properly and the shower head was covered in gunk, so I needed to clean it before I could even go for a shower. For the price of a stay here I expected much higher standards. Please send your money more wisely elsewhere.

Fabulous
I was at a wedding on August 8, 2025, excellent location and staff, very professional and impeccable waiters, amazing the way they served the guest tables, seeing so many waiters walk out a door with the courses to serve and seeing them walk in that spectacular green lawn and immediately expand (like fan) to head to the tables was a sight. All dishes (fish .. meat .. sweet .. fruit etc. etc.) really good .. top. I recommend this location to everyone... you will be satisfied

Wonderful Gem in the Countryside
