Great room with central bathroom

Large and bright room. Large bathroom with shower. Really exceptional cleanliness, I who am allergic to dust did not have any problems. The room as well as dusted and cleaned is also sanitized. Mrs. Claudia, to whom I communicated my allergy problem made me view the room and the next day sent me a message to know if I had problems. A sign of great respect and attention. The lady who takes care of the cleaning of the rooms in addition to being attentive and good at her job was also helpful in giving us information and also maximum availability in keeping our suitcases in custody for free on the day of our departure. Besides all the location is exceptional because right in the center of Venice near Piazza San Marco (about 300mt). We had a great time 10 and praise. Highly recommended.

Great option from the S. Marco square

Great location, comfortable room, lipo and quiet. Gentle and caring people. We recommend for families!

Nice place that is close to the action

Excellent place to stay. You are very close to st. Marc’s and many of the other attractions. We didn’t have a lot of time in Venice and wanted a place that was close and convenient. Staff was very helpful and communicated quickly to questions. Room was clean and a good size.

Never again!

One star just for the location! Arrived in Venice I was given a "room" that before must have been used as a canteen? Seen the huge refrigerator! There were doors closed with scotch, no lamps or sockets on the nightstand and smelled bad! After the first night I asked for another room or to give me my money back and I finally got a normal room. Despite the very high price breakfast was not included except snacks and packaged cookies. The water was in a water bottle! Total disappointment! Bad reception! They only think about the profit, too bad that we were not poor naive tourists but people used to travel often for work!
