Venetian B&B

The really nice place, large and spacious room, good breakfast, has a nice garden both, the manager and the lady who served us coffee very helpful.
as a very strategic location because you can reach everything in a short time I recommend it!!

Great stay in

We spent 2 nights in this B&B in a triple room, very nice, spacious and quiet - it was totally renovated 6 years ago
We were greeted by the owner who gave us tips for itineraries and reported some restaurants and places for great cicchetti! There is also a small garden where in summer I imagine they serve breakfast, which in this period is served in an indoor room. There is a great choice of sweet and savoury, with some great homemade desserts by a very kind lady
The proximity to the vaporetto stop (San Marcuola) is a great plus to consider when booking

Great b and b in a strategic location 10 minutes walk from the station. Max the owner very nice and helpful, gave us tips on ride to do, places to eat. Possibility to leave luggage last day even after check out time. Super recommended!

Ideal solution for sleeping in Venice, beautiful, clean and comfortable room for those coming from the station. Courtesy and availability: nothing is left to chance!
Max is an excellent guide and an excellent host, he makes the stay truly pleasant.
