I specifically booked the hotel because of its close proximity to the airport since i have a very early flight. I asked the receptionist if the airport is open 24 hrs and what taxi we can get, he doesnt know.. he also dont know how many minutes the hotel is from the airport.. overall, not very helpful at all because lack of knowledge on these things. Another receptionist was on duty when we were checking out, we went down to the front and nobody was there even if i rang the bell. The guy took a while to go to the reception area. They claim to have receptionist help 24/7 but not true. The door just automatically opens outside so it was scary to be there when its very early and dark and nobody to assist you if someone comes in.. Also their claim for luggage storage was not true. They just let you leave your bags in front by the door wherein anybody can just come in. No secured luggage storage so beware.. and sometimes the receptionist leaves their post so the front can be unattended...

Horrendous stay

Worst experience we have ever had. Receptionist was not helpful. Room was basic and not clean. Brough beer that was not even opened had to do it ourself without a bottle opener. They didn’t even put the lights on in the bar area. On arrival was told we have to pay for breakfast, even though we booked bed and breakfast with paperwork to show it should’ve included. Avoid at all costs. Ruined my husbands 30th birthday. We left 2 days early.

Fine

Stayed in room 209, very spacious, a little tired but very clean, excellent shower. Found it strange that towels are changed every 3 days but mine were not and were obviously dirty. Cannot comment on breakfast as I didn't have it. Staff were very friendly an tried to be helpful re transportation. However told me bus route but not that the tram is literally where you get bus ticket and takes you into Venice City. I wasn't told that the bus to the airport was on the other side of the road so missed it and ended up having to pay again for a taxi. If you just want somewhere to sleep then this is a good option.

Staff not adequate to accommodate customers.

I stayed at this hotel returning from a long trip before leaving for home. The discreet room. The next day a girl welcomes us and we ask her to have two cappuccinos and two croissants. Immediately show impatience while we are discussing what to have (coffee, cappuccino?), then bring the two cups to the table in a rude and clumsy way. We had vacated the room at 9.30am but since we had a problem with our car and were trying to solve it, we ask to be able to put our bags near the reception. You consent and do not object to the place where we placed them. After a while, he reconsiders and rudely points out where to deposit them. Finally comes the owner, I think, not even a courtesy greeting. Advance payment the night before. Conclusion If you want to work in tourism, you need to train staff. Kindness and courtesy are the first requirements to make tourist reception. I do not recommend this hotel which is not so cheap.

OK for a one-night stay while flying in or out of Venice airport. Check-in was easy & the free parking is very convenient. Hotel feels very outdated & the comforter was stained. Overall the value is commensurate with the cheaper price compared to other options near the airport.
