Good hotel

Very nice hotel location and rooms, historical atmosphere, but needs some maintenance and improvement for a 4 stars.. . The water does not flow well at the shower, there is no coffee maker in the room, no slippers, nothing to write notes and the staff is not very kind
The breakfast menu can also be better

Hotel was fabulous, our room was wonderful overlooking the water, very comfortable. Breakfast was great, a wonderful selection of food. Staff were very friendly

Nicely air conditioned while it was very hot outside.
The whole experience was great. A lovingly cared for palace on the canal.

Very good location. Ask for a room with view of the grand canal. Room was nice size and very comfortable. No additions like water, coffee or tea in the room. WiFi a little on &off. Reception not the most helpful or engaging. Breakfast was very good. Very close to boat station and Gondola rides. Away from Marco square about 7 stop by boat on the grand canal. Less crowded, good reasonably priced restaurants close. I give it a B plus

The property was well maintained and in a very convenient spot.
The breakfast was ok. It was the same food every day but good quality. I thought it said we would eat on the roof so we could overlook the city but that wasn’t the case. We ate on the main floor.
Staff were ok. Just not super friendly.
