The location was excellent. After spending the whole day exploring Venice, we could walk back to the hotel within just a few minutes, rest for a while, and then continue enjoying the evening. The great location made our stay much more convenient.
The hotel had been completely renovated, which was a big advantage for us. Since many hotels in this area have older rooms, it was really nice to stay in a modern, newly renovated one.
The only issue was that the bathroom sink did not drain properly, and the water would collect in the sink. We reported this to the reception. Other than that, everything was great.

Our room was cleaned everyday, which is a plus for me. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and all the things to see.

The hotel is very well located. The bed was comfortable although the room was small. I had to put my suitcase on the floor. There was a small fridge, which was quite a nice perk. I wished there would have been a long mirror, but had to try to see only with the bathroom mirror. Check-out is early so not too much sleeping in, but that was ok. We only stayed one night.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff.
Hotel is right by the Accademia bridge & water taxi stop.
Walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Staff were lovely when we arrived, stored our bags safe until our room was ready. The receptionist was kind enough to loan us an I’m umbrella. Hotel has its own jetty which was useful. Breakfast was basic but fresh.
Only negative points- the street was a bit noisy early in the mornings and having to pay $10 to store your luggage if you have a late flight. But overall love the hotel and would highly recommend
