Ideaal logeeradres voor bezoek aan Venetië

Ideaal logeeradres voor bezoek aan Venetië . Bushalte dichtbij. Eigenaar zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en geeft advies waar nodig. Centrum vlakbij 10 min lopen met winkels en restaurants. Auto staat veilig in de grote tuin geparkeerd waar je ook goed kunt zitten.

Just one night

It's hard to talk about this accommodation because there are different problems:
1. The name is the same of a very different structure in Venezia centre with a very different standard of quality.
2. This house could be revised about its way of running the business because there are many problems of staff education about what kind of behaviour is good or not with clients.
3. The shared bathroom with more than 2 bedrooms is really difficult to deal with.
4. Breakfast is practically inexistent even though you pay something more for it.

Prezzo Conveniente

Il prezzo sicuramente il punto forte di questi appartamenti. Il bagno è condiviso, 1 per tre camere, personalmente l'ho sempre trovato libero ed abbastanza pulito, forse la doccia lasciava un pò a desiderare. Stanza buona, materasso abbastanza comodo, balcone però condiviso. Buona posizione vicina al tram. Gestore molto educato e cortese. Mi rendo conto che in zona venezia a questo prezzo non si può chiedere di più.

Pernottamento per imbarco crociera

Da apprezzare la cortesia del gestore e la pulizia degli ambienti. Camera per famiglia di quattro persone, molto comoda e ampia. Diciamo che un climatizzatore e un televisore avrebbero reso il soggiorno quasi perfetto, vista la vicinanza alla città di Venezia e la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'intero del cortile.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.
Il est vrai que la maison est un peu vieille ( fenêtre), bruit du train le matin, mais quartier très calme.
Heureusement qu'il y avait le ventilateur par ce temps caniculaire.
1 WC salle de bain pour 4 chambres ça fait juste, c'est la course le matin.
Petit dej correct (cafe fruit et pâtisserie) servit entre 8h et 9h tout dépend à quelle heure se lève le propriétaire. Vous pourrez le croiser à l'arrêt de bus et vous déjeunerez en route.
Si vous comptez partir avant 8h, vous n'aurez pas votre petit dej.
Le jardin est à votre disposition et est très fleuri.
Concernant le bus, prendre le bus 2 depuis Piazzole Roma et s'arrêter à Einaudi pour arriver à l'hotel et pour aller en direction de Venise prendre le bus 2 à Torre Belfredo.
