Second holiday, only confirmations: 100 Craste at the top

I had been to B&B 100 Craste already three years ago, and I got a really positive impression. I promised myself to come back to visit other places in Salento. I did it in the last decade of August (five nights) with a friend and I was not disappointed at all, far from it. Giovanni, the Owner of this splendid building in typical Salento stone, confirmed first of all a great fan of his work. It does this by offering its guests availability and sympathy.
It indicates places to visit, beaches and coves to reach and restaurants to try (and those to stay away from).
If you look great in one place even the second time, it is not by chance. Highly recommended.

A big disappointment

Unfortunately, despite the availability of the owner Giovanni, the b and b was really disappointing. For a price of 100 euros per night, booked for 4 nights, it never included cleaning of the room, breakfast with commercial croissants (always the same), coffee made from the machine always placed in the room, commercial fruit juice.
Furthermore, there was access to a small courtyard that was always dirty, with a table and chairs always full of dust and from the first to the last day with a dirty ashtray with cigarette butts from previous customers.
A place to never visit again, the price is very high for what is offered.
Despite my aunt being recommended by friends of the light, I will never set foot there again and I advise everyone not to do so.

Da 1 a 10, 100 Craste

Un'esperienza meravigliosa, i nostri giorni trascorsi al B&B 100 Craste.
A partire dalla struttura, un palazzo antico signorile, di proprietà della famiglia Tasco. Splendido l'ingresso, maestosa la scalinata in marmo che porta al piano superiore e alle stanze, amena la corte interna dov'è situato un altro alloggio.
Giovanni, che gestisce il B&B, è un ragazzo che fa dell'umiltà caratteriale e della passione per il suo lavoro le proprie peculiarità. Ero con altri tre amici: ci ha accolto splendidamente, con garbo e cortesia (e ho visto che ha fatto lo stesso con altri ospiti, anche con clienti che lo chiamavano al telefono), ci ha chiesto più volte se avessimo necessità di qualcosa. Simpatico, alla mano, disponibile e mai sbrigativo (cosa che invece ho spesso riscontrato in altri B&B). Ci ha spiegato molto della storia del luogo, indicandoci i posti da visitare, le migliori spiagge della zona (che dal 100 Craste sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto), i migliori locali per aperitivi e cene. E non siamo mai rimasti delusi.
La cura con cui gestisce il B&B e con cui si rapporta alla clientela potrebbe, molto banalmente, essere oggetto di studio nella gestione di strutture ricettive. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti su tutta la linea.
Consigliatissimo (io l'ho già consigliato ad amici e parenti).
