Originality, courtesy, cleanliness

I stayed at Lu Suite for 4 nights and the experience was really very positive. Clean room, furnished in an original and functional way, complete with all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the small attention given to guests, which always make a difference. Staff extremely friendly and kind. Excellent strategic location, perfect for moving comfortably. Absolutely recommended!

Bad experience

Absolutely bad experience. The room we were given to stay in (one night only, fortunately) was unusable as it smelled of smoke. The girl who greeted us apologized and explained that previous customers had smoked in the room and that she had tried to ventilate the premises. Clearly this was not enough and no other rooms were available, so we had to sleep there as the room had been paid in advance at full price and we were not notified of this discomfort before our arrival. For me it is unthinkable to offer such a service, it is a lack of professionalism and lack of interest in the customer. By the way, when we told her the next day that we rushed out because there was no breathing, she still tried to justify herself by saying that it was not her fault: if you are in charge of a structure, you are responsible for how you present the rooms. We will never go back.

Still in disbelief.

Disappointed, I enter the room which was completely different from those seen in the picture, the heating was closed so I found myself twice freezing... the bathroom was defective and so for the duration there was a stench of sewer. I don't know if it was a problem with that particular room but if it is, it is absolutely not possible to let a customer stay in that condition. The room is unusable. The rest of the structure I did not visit, maybe it was better but that room absolutely not.
I left two days early.

Un angolo d'Oriente a Torino

Stanza molto particolare, arredamento in stile orientale, con un angolo colazione con cucinotto. Colazione offerta anche se non specificato nella pagina di prenotazione, molto apprezzato!
Posizione buona rispetto alla metro; 10-15 min a piedi dalla stazione Porta Nova.
L'area della stanza dedicata al letto era molto stretta.
Il riscaldamento di notte probabilmente è spento, perché faceva parecchio fresco; di giorno in bagno era anche troppo caldo, ma ho risolto regolando il termostato.
Frigobar rumoroso.
La sera il cancello sulla strada viene chiuso, ma le chiavi che ci hanno dato non aprivano il cancelletto: ho dovuto aprire il cancello per auto dall'interno, infilando la mano nell'inferriata, non molto comodo.
I soprammobili sono forse troppi, a volte c'è il rischio di far cadere qualcosa e non c'è molto spazio per muoversi o appoggiare le valigie.

Camere molto originali, accoglienti (anche se freddina), personale gentile..

La struttura si trova in una zona tranauilla ma piena di locali per mangiare e fare la spesa - Le camere sono arredate in modo molto particolare ed eccentrico, molto accogliente - io ho avuto solo un problema con il riscaldamento perché non sono mai riuscito a scaldare la stanza e alcune sere erano veramente freddine! La camera disponeva di un piccolo angolo con minifrigo, lavandino e macchinetta per il caffe´, inoltre avevano lasciato anche dei dolci secchi confezionati per la colazione. La struttura dispone di un comodo parcheggio interno. Il personale é gentile e disponbile (anche se non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema del riscaldamento!)- Wifi buono.
