I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. Clean room, kind people at the front desk, nice and quiet location (yes it's unassuming and sort of randomly located but who cares) and EXCELLENT daily breakfast included.
When I needed a power adapter, they provided it. When I needed to borrow an iron, same thing. They were always able to call a taxi as I required etc. etc.
I will be back. Excellent value, excellent stay.

bad behaviour towards the customer

the room always impeccable but the waiters at the restaurant were most unfriendly, eyelashes on the plate and even knowing that I was lactose intolerant they served me a dish with béchamel sauce, I was thinking if I could eat it or not and she put me in a terrible hurry with little respect.she was a waitress with blonde hair.this thing that responded badly happened first to another friend of mine,I do not know if there is more respect towards customers.

Bad experience

Two days on a school trip, 5 and 6 November, clean rooms but some with broken heating, bed slats that were removed because they were already broken and reattached with glue (and also wanted to retain the deposit for the damage already in place), poor dinner, starvation, tap water that tasted of chlorine and poor breakfast. It's a shame that in 2025 some kids (and their teachers) have to have such a bad experience. I hope the hotel takes care of itself.

Good hotel

Hotel very close to the stadium and the Juventus museum, with large rooms.
Good breakfast with variety of croissants and the possibility of having a cappuccino at the counter instead of with the machine.

Incapable waitresses

Today morning, I will stay until tomorrow, there is an event nearby and among colleagues we chose this hotel for proximity and price with various rooms. So we go down to have breakfast and being a small group we join two square tables to have breakfast together. Just before 10 a waitress tells us that we have to clear the room, so we get up and the last two people (there were 6 of us) are stopped and told to take off the tables and put them back as they were before that is all detached in square tables. Can anyone imagine what we're going to have breakfast with tomorrow? I went to hotel school as a boy, I was a waiter and cook, I managed corporate canteens and I think that these people despite all my investments in the company of pine the good name of mine so...... well I would send them home to mend their socks because that of hotel reception is obviously not their job
