Excellent solution
Very cozy, clean and well maintained B&B. The girl who runs it was very helpful and kind to meet various requests. We only slept one night but we were really good. Place absolutely recommended also for the proximity to the hospital of Cattinara where we attended a graduation.

B&B standard
I was a guest in the B & B because of a hospitalization Cattinara of one of my family.
The rooms are cozy and clean, ditto the room (very bright) and the bathroom is in the room.
The room is equipped with TV, air conditioning, and soaps, shampoo and single-dose foam bath; no Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is not served nor is it possible to make it in the structure (at least in my case).
Impossible to see the staff, there is no reception and in my case at check-in the keys were left at the pizzeria opposite.
Outside there is a nice well-kept garden and a very large space for parking cars.
In my personal opinion, the price of the rooms is a bit high especially because breakfast is not included.
Overall it is a standard B&B but I would remove the last B (for absence of breakfast).

Soggiorno a Trieste
Guest molto disponibile e ospitale. Unico problema le zanzare che imperversavano nella stanza. L'ambiente l'ho valutato confortevole e ben tenuto. Forse la climatizzazione, quando far molto caldo, va migliorata. Molto silenzioso quindi valido per chi ci cerca la quiete.

Peccato
La mancanza di una reception penalizza fortemente la struttura.Avrei dato 4 stelle ma la mancanza di acqua calda la mattina il giorno della partenza ,il mancato supporto non ostante il messaggio visualizzato su whatsapp dalla Signora mi ha creato un fortissimo disagio.
Ho provato anche a contattarla ma il telefono è stato spento subito dopo.
La colazione non è possibile fare.
La struttura è nuova e confortevole
Non credo ci sia il Wi-Fi
Ottimo il ristorante nel compenso
