Clean rooms, balcony beautiful. Just felt no warmth having to pick up the key from a security box along with other residents.

4-star hotel? No, a hostel

Absolutely not a 4-star hotel, more like a poor two!! Old, poorly maintained... The only positive note is the truly convenient location... For the rest, it's garbage... Never again
In the room, a noisy refrigerator attached to the sofa bed.... Damp and dirty wall underneath an old and noisy air conditioner... An experience to forget!! And to think that you look for a four-star hotel to play it safe..

Nice apartment in the heart of town.
Was less than 10 minutes walk to Grand Canal and about 12 from main square.
The apartment was large and well appointed but lacked a few kitchen bits and bobs.
The terrace was not as large as pictures and bit scruffy but was great place to relax.

I would not return

We stayed in this residence for two nights, in the apartment on the top floor, with a terrace and a splendid view of Trieste.
Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty. The kitchen floor, once white, was as black as a sidewalk. Dirty dishes, with coffee still in the cups. On the bed, no mattress cover, just a simple sheet that kept sliding off, and very high pillows that I could not use.
In short, it's a shame, a missed opportunity, because the location and the view are truly excellent.

Very spacious and centrally located. Staff was nice and checking in went smoothly. No air condition in the bedroom only in the living room/kitchen. I wish that there was some detergent for the washing machine, especially when you consider that there already was dish soap available.
