5 Stars maybe in another era
This is NOT A 5 star hotel. At best maybe 2/3 stars by world standards. The receptionist did her best to serve us drinks in the bar on our arrival. We did not see any bar personnel during our stay. breakfast is ok but nothing special and the room 106 was clean but decoration is of another era The garden entrance is unkept, the grass is bald in many places and many weeds.
The overall package, quality of service and lack of excellence you expect in a 5 star hotel is just not there.
Hard to understand who is giving out the stars

LEVEL STRUCTURE
We stayed in a room in the old wing overlooking the garden.
Clean and cozy room
Beayty farm in the norm, to review the Sauna and Turkish bath room a little 'small with only 2 beds and especially noisy, would have been enough' a little background music to cover the noise of the cars.
Well maintained indoor pool with numerous sun loungers.
We booked massages that were wonderful (low cost a massage of one hour only 80 euros per person).
There is a very complete gym.
We had dinner one night at the hotel and we have to say that the food was nicely cooked and tasty with not exactly cheap costs.
Breakfast is super with fresh and well-kept produce.
At the table there are all kinds of jams and Nutella, at the buffet counter many types of desserts, ready-made toast to toast, different types of bread, fresh salmon and avocados, various cold cuts, knife-cut ham, yogurt, juices and even ice-cold prosecco, in short, a super breakfast for all palates.
During the Christmas holidays in the breakfast room there was a very good musician who played the harp.
The hotel has free parking inside.
Structure recommended for a romantic holiday.
Applause to all the staff, very welcoming but especially to Mrs. Bruna (breakfast room) really good, attentive and professional and Mrs. Taissja for the fantastic massages.

Charming and tasteful hotel.
Magical panoramic terrace from which to enjoy the view of the gulf both at breakfast and dinner.
Staff attentive to needs but always discreet both in the restaurant and in the breakfast room.
A special note of praise to Mrs. Bruna, who skillfully manages the breakfast room, and also to Louis for his elegance, friendliness, and high level of professionalism.
A special commendation also for the splendid chef who delights with a few dishes but of excellent craftsmanship and quality.
The service in the restaurant is equally exquisite: attentive, professional, and elegant.
The reception welcome was very nice and helped us in choosing routes and transportation.
The cleaning staff is also efficient without disturbing the guests.
