Excellent hotel

We just spent a wonderful week at this hotel, the location in the center of town is excellent, the room was very clean and spacious, the staff was very kind and we thank the Urthaler family very much for the advice we received on places to visit. The food is excellent..definitely a hotel to consider for a stay in Dobbiaco

Disappointment ....

We returned to this hotel after about 10 years but it was a very negative experience. Let me say that my family and I have been going on holiday to Toblach for more than 20 years and we know several hotels. Unfortunately we were completely disappointed with this property. Very high price for the services provided, basic cuisine with medium-low quality products with embarrassing dinner buffet (see photo), essential breakfast with very little choice, room perhaps the only positive note, spacious enough even if still with the wall dryer and to finish rude and cold reception staff. One evening we were sitting in the sofas in front of the reception and at 9.30 pm they begged us to leave because the hotel closed. Also little tolerance for children. All this for a total of 115 € each. In conclusion I highly recommend this spt hotel to families with children.

Noi non siamo mai scortesi non é nella nostra natura.
E´indubbio che eravamo particolarmente scocciati dal vostro comportamento.
Vi siete permessi cose che nessuna persona educata farebbe: tipo invitare persone che alloggiavano in altre strutture, farle salire in camera senza chiedere nemmeno per favore ,se era possibile farlo, che ovviamente non sarebbe stato negato.
I bambini sono sempre ben accetti, ma i vostri bambini, piú gli altri che non alloggiavano da noi continuavano a gridare e correre su e giú per le scale saltare sui divani in reception con scarpe con le quali erano stati a passeggio in mezzo alla neve, probabilmente credendo di essere al parco giochi, non avendo alcun rispetto per gli altri ospiti dell'hotel e voi genitori non li avete ripresi e ho dovuto farlo io.
Lunica cosa vera é che alle 21:30 vi ho detto che chiudevo perché non ne potevo piú e questa mattina é stato un sollievo vedervi partire.

Wonderful stay!

Just returned from a wonderful vacation where we stayed at this marvelous hotel! For us, this is more than a hotel... it is hospitality, beauty, and the scent of family! We can't wait to return! Hugs!

Short break

Great holiday, nice and clean hotel, new bathroom, good food staff room friendly and great managers, highly recommended. The only drawback is the church bells that at seven make you jump out of bed, but the managers can not help it.

Fine for a night

Hotel is rather dated to say the least. It is decently located in that it is away from the noise and main strip. The breakfast was average compared to what we have had while in Italy for a bit over 2 weeks. The room was clean but again we have possibly been spoiled by other places.
