Very poor. Nothing to put the toiletry bag in my bathroom. Breakfast very limited. No coffee, no chocolate, no contact with the owner. No water bottle. Tap water. Never seen before. If you like chic, avoid. Dismal house and very far from the city

It went well but poor breakfast

Accessible through a very narrow road. Possibility of parking inside the structure. Room and bathroom clean but small... still functional for short stays. Owner friendly and helpful. The Phon was not present but was immediately made available. Poor breakfast for the asking price...anyway the 2 croissants were good.

A little disappointed

Location difficult to find with streets with many narrow streets, nice shower, no bidet built into the toilet, poor breakfast, agreed price by phone different from the actual, 84 and per night, a little too much for that solution.

Average B&B Apart Fromm Poor Breakfast

I stayed solo for 3 nights in June during a 10 property Italian road trip, so this review is relatively objective.
Not easily found in this semi rural area using the Booking.com address - it’s not in Via Colle Nocello but Strada Colle Nocello. The very kind owner of ‘ 28 Via Nocello’ led me to ‘28 Strada’- apparently it’s a common occurrence.
The pleasant lady owner speaks no English, but fortunately her friendly son did.
Shaded, secure parking in the front yard.
This property offers basic clean, comfortable, non air conditioned accommodation (but cool indoors - thick walls/tiled floors).
Breakfast was basic in the extreme - no one present - less than average single serving coffee in individual thermos jugs and simple basics laid out on the place setting.
Decent Wifi.
The nearest restaurant is 5 minute drive away.
Convenient to drive into Tivoli/Villa Adriana etc.
Average value for money, but the breakfast really does need improving.

Very friendly host

The B&B is hard to find, so good luck! Once you found it there is a very friendly host. You can use the kitchen and there are a lot of parking spots. If you want to train there is even a fitness. Rooms are small and noisy, nice shower. Breakfast is poor but for that price it is OK
