Excellent facility

Excellent and comfortable, in a very central location.

Good location right in the heart of the main street and easy access to the bus stops. They provide free access to Lido Capriana which is lovely for a beach day (you have to pay for transport though). The hotel is showing signs of aging, but this is common across Italy for most hotels, but as mentioned in other comments, the shower is small. Breakfast was OK, again basic but standard offerings across most mid range hotels (cold cuts, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruit and pastries). Don't use the automatic coffee machine, they provide proper coffee so order this.

A hotel that is best forgotten.

a hotel to forget before you arrive
the only good thing is the location and view
the reception is not exactly friendly
concerns are met with indifference but certainly not addressed breakfast is just sufficient but certainly not good coffee is undrinkable breakfast on the rooftop terrace with luck I will not visit this hotel again and will not recommend it further
the only friendly staff was the cleaning staff everything else is best forgotten quickly

Great customer service!

We made a last-minute reservation at this nice looking hotel due to a change of plans caused by a train strike. Then suddenly our plans changed again, so we had to cancel. John handled everything beautifully and if I’m in the area again, I would definitely stay here! The customer service was impeccable.

Great locatio

We had a room with a balcony and view of the amphitheatre and the sea. The breakfast were taken on the bottom floor - good value for the price. All the staff proved friendly and helpful - full marks to them. Downside was the small bathroom - it contained a wash basin that was far too large and a bidet but only squeezed in a small and dated shower cubicle with rickety doors. It needs updating and re-configuring. The bathroom aside a good hotel in a great location
