Highly recommended

Accommodation in B&B in a quiet location, very close to several language schools in Syracuse. Supermarket, bars and cafes are right next door and the old town can be reached in about 20-25 minutes on foot. Archaeological sites and museums are within easy reach. The rooms are located on the 4th floor with elevator and there is ample parking right in front of the building.
Room facilities: numerous power outlets, TV, small refrigerator, air conditioning, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, walk-in shower, hairdryer, hard mattress (+), Sanctuary view... very clean, with daily maid Service.
The property has an almost family atmosphere, a rich Italian and continental breakfast is served and the owner, Alessandro, is very accommodating, friendly and witty. It asks for information on any needs, which is immediately met, and can provide valuable advice on recreational activities and the area. Great Price quality ratio! Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay polite owner!

The room was very comfortable and mostly very clean. On the beautiful balcony we had a glass of wine overlooking the full moon. The property is located in a very quiet area and comfortable parking is just below.
Breakfast covered every option.
The owner Alessandro Maltese is polite and made us feel like our home.

Perfect accommodation

Structure located in the central area, cozy and very clean. My room, with balcony, was overlooking the city and allowed me to see the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Tears. Very close to the archaeological excavations and 10 minutes drive from Ortigia. Hearty and typically Mediterranean breakfast. There is also a plentiful savoury choice for those who prefer Continental breakfast.
Very considerate the owner who put us at ease for the duration of the stay.

Great solution to visit Syracuse

Very close to the archaeological area (10 minutes walk from Neapolis, 5 from the catacombs and the archaeological museum), so a little 'distant from Ortigia (40 minutes).
Basic rooms but with everything you need.
Mosquito net at the window, which in summer is always convenient.
Exceptional breakfast, with freshly prepared savory and typical desserts always fresh.
Elevator.
Parking under the house always available.
Alessandro, the owner, always ready to meet every request.

Highly recommended!

Experience overall more than great, the room was clean and very comfortable, as well as the common area used for breakfast, and the host always friendly and helpful. Located in an easy to reach area. More than recommended!
