Visit to Syracuse.

Hotel for groups; the room was fine, the food was acceptable, and the location was good for visiting the Archaeological Park, but it is far from the center.
The only downside is that there is only one elevator, and it is slow, which is inefficient for a group.

Terrible experience and unacceptable service management

A stay to forget. In the afternoon I found a cockroach in the room and I immediately asked the receptionist if I could change rooms. The response was completely inadequate: he just showed up in the room with a broom and dustpan to pick up the insect, dismissing my request by claiming that the hotel was full and without offering the slightest alternative or apology for the inconvenience.
Finding hygiene problems in a facility is already serious, but the total lack of professionalism and attention towards the guest in the face of a legitimate request is inadmissible. Not recommended.

Four stars but equal to two from Spain

We were in a group organized by Mapa Tours for the elderly of the Community of Madrid. The room is very small, with two very narrow beds. The bathroom is small with small cup of water and bidets. In the shower there is no room to wash well, to bend down and wash your feet you have to take your head out of the shower. They have no gel, just shampoo and a bar of soap.
In the breakfast buffet there is not a vegetable, few fruit varieties (only oranges and plums), little variety of cereals. There are no vegetable milks at hand, I asked the waiter who served the coffees and he replied that only normal milk and there is no cocoa but only Nutella cream. Then another waitress told me they could make us some soy milk chocolates.

Good hotel but away from the city centre

The hotel is located in the city center. It is a modern building in tower, with a small hall, living room on the ground floor and dining room. It is close to the Archaeological Park of Syracuse, you can walk. The normal size room throwing to small, the double bed not very large but comfortable. It had air conditioning and free wifi, refrigerator and safe. The bathroom had toiletries, and a very small shower. Normal buffet breakfast, vegetable drinks (soy) on request. Dinner tour with fixed menu, and vegetarian option can be ordered.

Good compromise

Hotel with restaurant inside, and breakfast included. The parking includes few spaces, unclear the "guarded parking" as you have to book by phone as you risk not finding any and, if as in my case the choice of the structure is for parking, you risk not having any
