2 star experience definitely

This hotel is pretty since its been recently renovated but thats about where my compliments end. This was overall so overpriced for the service and amenities. We paid about $500 usd a night for this hotel, plus much more for food, bev, parking, etc. The room had a very strong perfume smell that was very intense and our room was overlooking basically the top of an ac and something that looked like a small mudslide: Concierge and service were non existant, food was pricey and very mediocre, no spa or gym, no coffee in rooms or early in the morning anywhere on site. Leaving low stars bc I wish I had seen lower ratings overall to catch my attention. Definitely stay at the property next door instead (Iles Brommes)- the price was very similar and seems to have much better reviews and looked really beautiful.

Not a luxury property

We spent 7 nights here. While this is a newly renovated hotel advertising a luxury experience we were met with average service not up to par with the price and other hotels in the area.
When we gave constructive criticism as feedback, the CEO of the company directly contacted us and let us know this is not a luxury property contradicting the marketing language used in their own website.
The hotel is pretty, but manage your expectations as this is not a luxury experience.
We were disappointed since this hotel is not a luxury experience and they charge more per night than the other 5 star hotels in the area

Absolutely fantastic place! We felt welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay. Very family- and child-friendly, with a lovely pool and a delicious breakfast buffet, including a special section just for the children. Everything was well thought out, and the staff were friendly. Definitely worth every penny!

Top Quality Hotel which deserves 5* affiliation rather than 4*

The Best 4* Hotel you could choose! The best staff service throughout. Best breakfast buffet one could expect.
Quality of furniture from pool area / bars and restaurants is top quality…. Far beyond most 5* Hotel expectations( well done to design team!!)
Our room was a large Suite with swim pool jacuzzi / two terraces and was really a big surprise on the size and quality technology & design.
My Only complaint is the Standard Internet wifi you get for free was extremely below par / totally useless and i will not pay for super fast connection in any Hotel especially spending €1200.00 per night which is really not acceptable in 2026
Alessia on front desk was a credit to the Hotel !!
I will return but hope they resolve charging for internet/ wifi upgrades that should be STANDARD in a quality Hotel like this one.
