Simple and well placed
The rooms are simple, clean.
The hotel is well located: Monte Cucco, Fossato di Vico and a little further Gubbio and Frasassi caves.

3 stars and a half
Very high level of cleanliness of the rooms, air conditioning working as it should be and large and comfortable room.
Very good hotel restaurant and great breakfast with few products but very high quality in my opinion. The croissants are FINALLY stuffed, never found so good in facilities on this price range.
Good wifi, only Recommendation if possible, it would be 4 stars if there were mosquito nets because in the evening you can enjoy a very pleasant fresh air.
I will definitely come back if I find myself passing by for work there.

A comfortable, clean and easy-going little gem
You are immediately struck by the brilliant cleanliness of the structure even before entering the room.
The room had a double bed with a comfortable spring mattress and very white sheets and a single bed, a mini bar, a television, air conditioning and a very clean bathroom with lots of very soft white towels and all the accessories. of the bathroom including hairdryer and a perfectly sized shower cabin.
In the morning in the restaurant room the buffet was excessively complete from sweets to savory dishes from exquisite cheeses to cold cuts from fruit to juices and with hot drinks (cappuccino or other) served at the table with the waiter who at the end of breakfast asked if I would like an additional coffee .
