Relaxation and delicacies
We spent two beautiful days at the Belsito hotel, a place surrounded by greenery where you eat excellently. Simplicity cleanliness and courtesy, I highly recommend, even my granddaughter was very well!

Piccolo break da Roma
Con mio fratello, ci siamo concessi qualche giorno di relax. La struttura molto carina con tutti i servizi, di cui abbiamo voluto usufruire, molto buoni e proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile! Piscina molto carina! Cucina del ristorante molto buona! Ci ha fornito anche il servizio noleggio biciclette!!

Una bellissima sorpresa!
Si tratta di una struttura a conduzione famigliare a cui per la prima apparenza esteriore si attribuirebbe una valutazione non eccezionale. Andate oltre ... Si tratta invece di una struttura di livello assoluto ... camere nuove, pulitissime, molto ampie ed accoglienti. Cucina di livello assoluto, con utilizzo di ingredienti a km 0 in parte prodotti dalla stessa famiglia che gestisce albergo e ristorante. Da ricordare sia il panettone estivo che le briches fatte in casa, ma tutto il menù è ricco ed assai prezioso. La famiglia che gestisce l'albergo ci ha riservato una accoglienza calorosa e discreta. Il paesino in cui si trova è baricentrico per i luoghi delle "via Benedicti", per i castelli romani, per raggiungere la stessa Roma ... Una settimana di vacanza bellissima ad un prezzo assai onesto e contenuto anche in termini assoluti. Inarrivabile in termini relativi alla qualità dell'ospitalità. Speriamo proprio di poter tornare.

Penso che al di là delle stelle e dei servizi offerti da un albergo esista una cosa molto più importante: l'accoglienza e la buona educazione del gestore. Tutto ciò purtroppo non lo abbiamo trovato. Nulla da dire sulla struttura (anche se la ns camera standard non aveva nemmeno una cassettiera dove riporre la biancheria) tutto abbastanza pulito con una piacevole piscina. Siamo arrivati e non c era nessuno...abbiamo chiamato e dopo un po di attesa arriva il proprietario il quale immediatamente senza nemmeno scusarsi,si intrattiene in una lunga telefonata mentre noi stanchi e sudati attendevamo suoi comodi...e i 3 gg di permanenza sono andati avanti cosi: mai gentile, mai un sorriso, risposte brusche e spalle girate mentre si parlava...Ci ha negato la possibilità di restare in piscina la mattina della partenza perché non aveva il tempo di riordinarla...In compenso al momento del conto per un fatale errore mi ha chiesto un prezzo diverso da quello comunicato via mail ovviamente superiore che per fortuna quando gli ho mostrato la mail ha provveduto a correggere. Peccato!
