Clean rooms, great value for money. Good breakfast, although perhaps you could improve. Kind and welcoming. Great location for my needs

A great spot to stay

We were in northern Italy near the Aviano Air Force Base and found this wonderful hotel in Cordenons and small village 2K out of Pordenone Italy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being that this is non tourist area, very little English is spoke. Our Italian was weak at best, it everyone gave it an effort and communication went well. There are also some very tasty restaurants with in 4-5K of the hotel. We would stay again.
Angela at the front desk was very kind and. Really tried to help out.

La camera necessita di verifiche e manutenzione, abbiamo riscontrato parecchie cose rotte: asciugacapelli, maniglia armadio e telecomando tv. La colazione é un po' triste...poca scelta e bassa qualità. Il servizio in alcuni casi è riultato soddisfacente ma in altri é risultato deludente.

Nocowaliśmy 1 noc 4 osobową rodziną w podróży wakacyjnej. Hotel położony w spokojnej okolicy. Stosunek jakości do ceny więcej niż bardzo dobry. Pokój czysty, telewizor, lodówka. W łazience dodatkowo bidet i podstawowe kosmetyki oraz ręczniki. Śniadanie sycące. My mieliśmy pokój 4 osobowy z pojedynczymi łóżkami. Obsługa bardzo miła. Polecam ten hotel.

Un soggiorno da incubo

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti in questo albergo per lavoro, e mi sono ritrovato in un incubo. Hotel poco curato e dal design veramente datato, sembra di tornare a 30 anni fa con i divanetti trapuntati a fiori di dubbio gusto. Il giardino c'è e sarebbe una buona idea ma non c'è nulla oltre a dei tavoli e delle sedie, perlopiù per terra era sempre sporco e polveroso, decisamente sfruttato male.
La camera era così così, design datato, letto non morbidissimo ma almeno era pulita. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ho trovato pochissima scelta e il cornetto era terribile, duro e privo di qualsiasi sapore o ripieno.
Punto dolente è stato però il personale che tranne la signora (molto gentile e disponibile) non tratta il cliente come dovrebbe essere trattato e non svolge la funzione di custode come dovrebbe essere. Le chiavi non sono custodite, il servizio è praticamente self-service (entri e ti prendi la tua chiave, sempre che non te ne prenda altre...) e se chiedi qualcosa il personale è scorbutico e ti risponde come se gli stessi dando fastidio.
Ciliegina sulla torta: ho chiesto cortesemente di poter utilizzare il wifi per una chiamata di lavoro, per cui ho dovuto spostare un tavolino e una sedia dato che non prendeva il wifi. Non appena conclusa la call e di ritorno in fretta al lavoro, uno del personale mi ha inseguito fino alla macchina perché mi ero dimenticato di rimetterle a posto (operazione di 10 secondi max), dandomi del MALEDUCATO e mancandomi profondamente di rispetto nonostante mi sia accorto della dimenticanza e sia andato ad aiutarlo a rimettere in ordine, non è certamente così che si lavora.
Inutile dire che non ci tornerò mai più, sconsigliatissimo.
